Picture the moment the plane touches down and the day catches up with you. You want no wandering, no puzzles, no lanes too narrow for the car. You want a warm welcome, a room with a view and somewhere to breathe. The road from the airport runs south along Tonk Road, the sky softens to evening gold, and a wide, welcoming hotel appears with its lights already on. Your shoulders drop an inch. The pool glints as if it had been waiting for you.

OVERVIEW: –

Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre stands in the RIICO Industrial Area at Sitapura, on Tonk Road, in Jaipur’s business district. It is built for movement. The airport is a short drive away, the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC) is close by, and the hotel’s own conference centre brings a dozen or more meeting rooms together under one roof.

But this is not only a hotel for meetings. With 226 rooms and suites, an outdoor pool, the Nilaya spa, a 24-hour fitness centre, a garden and terrace, and all-day dining, it works just as well for a family stopover or a weekend of Jaipur sightseeing with a comfortable bed to come home to. Free parking and free Wi-Fi are included; bicycles can be rented, and pets are welcome for a fee.

It is also one of the more practical wedding venues in Rajasthan’s capital. A pillar-free convention hall of about 11,500 sq ft, a main lawn of more than 34,000 sq ft and a smaller poolside lawn let the mehendi, sangeet, ceremony and reception happen on one property, while outstation guests sleep in the same hotel. If you are weighing Jaipur for a large destination wedding, this is a venue to shortlist.

Is Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre the right stay for you?

The answer depends on how you plan to spend your days in Jaipur.

Choose it if you

  • Are attending an event or exhibition at JECC
  • Have an early flight or a late arrival, and value a short airport transfer
  • Want a pool, a spa and a gym under one roof, with free parking
  • Are planning a large wedding or celebration with guests staying on site

Look elsewhere if you

  • Want to sleep inside the Pink City’s old walls
  • Prefer a small heritage haveli to a large modern hotel
  • Need to walk to the palaces and bazaars

KEY FEATURES:

  • 226 rooms and suites. City and poolside views, from Superior rooms to a 138 sq m Presidential Suite.
  • A short airport transfer. Roughly 15 to 25 minutes by road, depending on traffic.
  • A conference centre with a dozen or more meeting rooms. Plus a banquet hall, close to the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC), so a trade fair or conference is only a short hop away.
  • Wedding-ready spaces. Mugdha, the pillar-free convention hall of about 11,500 sq ft, suits a sangeet or reception, and the Mugdha Lawn of more than 34,000 sq ft suits the ceremony itself. The Poolside Lawn, at about 4,900 sq ft, is made for mehendi, cocktail evenings, and varmala moments by the water. In-house catering and guest rooms in the same hotel complete the picture. Listed maximum capacities run to 950+ for the hall, 1,400+ for the main lawn, and 250+ for the poolside lawn. Seated and cocktail capacities, music curfew and pricing: confirm with the events team

The hotel has 226 rooms and suites in total, offered with a city view or a poolside view. Every room has free Wi-Fi, and the front desk and room service never close. Choose a room by how you want to wake up: to the skyline of a working city, or to the glint of the pool. For a wedding, the rooms keep the whole guest list under one roof, and the suites make a comfortable base for the families of the bride and groom.

Executive Room King, double or twin- The same generous footprint, with a king bed or a twin setup, and a choice of city or poolside outlook. Choose it for work trips that need a little more comfort. (28 sq m about 301 sq ft)

Executive Suite King bed- Twice the space, with room to spread out, host a quiet meeting, or simply stretch after a long flight. Choose it for longer stays. (56 sq m about 603 sq ft)

Presidential Suite King bed- The grandest address in the hotel, with room enough for a family or a delegation. Choose it for a celebration or a special arrival. (138 sq m, about 1,485 sq ft)

Pool & Spa

The hotel’s outdoor pool is the heart of the property. Come after a long meeting and float until the sky goes pink. Then walk to Nilaya, the hotel’s spa, where three treatment rooms, including couples’ rooms and outdoor treatment areas, offer Ayurvedic therapies, deep-tissue massage and reflexology. A sauna, a steam room and a hot tub complete the circuit, and the 24-hour fitness centre lets you train at 5 am or 11 pm, whichever your body clock demands. The spa is open daily, reservations are required, and guests under 17 cannot use it.

FOOD EXCHANGE:

The hotel’s main restaurant, a large, airy, well-lit room on the ground floor that works for family meals, group dinners and business breakfasts. The menu mixes local and international dishes, with a special strength in Chinese, and there is room for al fresco dining when the weather is kind. A buffet breakfast is served each morning.

Operational Hours: Open daily, 7 am to 11 pm. Breakfast buffet 7 to 10:30 am.

GOURMET BAR:

The hotel’s bar and lounge is the place for an evening drink and light bites after a long day. It is relaxed, unfussy, and easy to slip into whether you are alone or with colleagues.

COFFEE SHOP:

A casual corner for coffee, snacks, and a quiet moment between sessions or sightseeing.

Note: Room service is available 24 hours a day. For weddings, catering is handled in-house, with live counters and garlic-free and onion-free options listed. Ask the events team about external caterers and the alcohol policy before you plan the menu.

LOCATION: –

The hotel is at the RIICO Industrial Area, Sitapura, on Tonk Road, Jaipur 302022. Free self-parking and valet parking are available, so you can drive straight to the door.

  • By Air- Jaipur International Airport (JAI) is the closest option, roughly 15 to 25 minutes by road depending on traffic. Take a prepaid taxi or an app cab straight to the hotel. Wedding guests flying in can reach the venue quickly, which makes arrival day far easier to plan.
  • By Rail- The nearest stations are Sheodaspura Padampura, about 11 minutes by road, then Khatipura and Sanganer at roughly 15 to 17 minutes. Jaipur Junction, the main station, is farther, so allow extra time and take a taxi.
  • By Road- Tonk Road makes the approach simple, and the hotel lies close to the national highway. Self-drive or hire a car and driver, then park for free on site. From here, the Pink City’s palaces and bazaars are a short drive across town.

On your last morning, take coffee out onto the terrace. The traffic is only beginning, the pool is perfectly still, and the day ahead looks possible. You will realise that the best hotels are not the ones that dazzle you. They are the ones that make everything else easier.
