The hostel facility is owned by a well-traveled gentleman who enjoys listening to the stories of various starry-eyed youngsters and shares his tales in return. The rooms of this hostel are wide, spacious and clean. There is a strict policy of maintained hygiene in the en-suite bathrooms, and the linen is changed on a regular basis. There are also several luxurious amenities provided to the traveler like air-conditioner, hot water shower, safety vault, et cetera.

ROOMS (No. of Rooms: 5):

  • Mixed Dorm: This dorm is for the young travellers who want an affordable place to stay without giving up comfort. There is a bunk bed in the room, where each bed comes with an individual power socket as well as an adjustable reading light. These kinds of rooms do not have an en-suite bathroom and are only available on a sharing basis. There is, although, a safety vault for you to store your valuables in.
  • Family Dorm: This is a private room for a whole family of 4 or more. There is one king or queen-sized bed, and two more single beds, to sleep in. The mattresses are oh hotel grade and clean, with an anti-bug cover. There is a writing desk in the rooms as well as a ledge for you to keep your things in. There is also a private attached bathroom with the room. Room service is available on call.
  • Single bed in 4 bed Mixed Dorm: There is also an option of a single bed in the mixed dorm if you’re seeking a bit of privacy. The facility of bed comes with two pillows and a duvet. There are privacy curtains that give you the space you’re looking for. It also comes with an individual power socket and a ledge to hang your things on.

LOCATION:-

  • By Air – Jaisalmer has only a military airport that only allows chartered planes. Other than that, Jodhpur airport is the closest airport to the city, but that is a domestic airport itself. It takes approximately 5 to 6 hours to reach Jaisalmer. You can always hire a cab to travel the distance.
  • By Rail – Jaisalmer is a good railway system and is connected with all major cities like Jaipur, Jodhpur, Delhi, et cetera. You can hire a cab from outside of the station and also take an auto-rickshaw to reach the hostel.
  • By Road – Jaisalmer has good road system and convenient routes. You can very easily find a driver to take you to the city. Apart from that, you can also take a bus among the many that travel to and through the city.
