All rooms and dormitories in the facility are well-laid out and the interiors are well-thought out. There is a contrast of the subtle nude colors on the walls, with a lush splash of bold neon colored linen in contrast. The en-suite bathrooms are clean and spacious. The linen is changed on a regular basis, and special care is given to the code of hygiene. The rooms have interiors suiting to the feel of a royal palace.

FOOD & DRINKS:-

The hostel facility, unfortunately, does not provide any services for food or drinks. There is no restaurant or café on the premises. There, although, is a kitchenette where you can cook the meals as you like them. You can also take the assistance of the staff and prepare local delicacies.

LOCATION:-

  • By Air – Jaisalmer lacks a commercial airport. So your best option is to take a flight to the nearest airport, which is in Jodhpur. From there, you can either book a taxi in advance or hire one on-the-spot. You can also take a bus to Jaisalmer, or a train. On road, it takes about 5 hours.
  • By Rail – Jaisalmer has a fantastic railway system. It connects the city with various other important cities such as Jodhpur, Jaipur, Delhi, Mumbai, et cetera. Outside of the railway station, you can find several waiting auto-rickshaws or taxis that will take you to the hostel.
  • By Road – Jaisalmer has excellent road connectivity. It has a convenient road framework. You can very easily hire a driver to take you to the city. Alternatively, you can also travel by taking one of the several buses that commute to and through the city daily. The state capital, Jaipur, is approximately nine long hours of drive away, or 558 kms.
