Giving the word “Glamping” a new tradition, Dera Amer Tented Camps provide you with all kinds of luxury, amidst the wild. The word “Glamping” means Glamorous Camping. The glorious camping site provides you with several options like living with elephants, desert safaris, camel rides, elephant rides, et cetera. Only at a short half hour travel from the hectic routine of Jaipur, this camping site provides you with serenity and exclusivity. Only four camps ensure that you can stay away from the busy life for a while, and the staff is keenly attentive to your desires.


OVERVIEW:-

Coming forward in luxury with a new idea, Glamping, Dera Amer Tented Camps can be found quietly and cozily snuggled away in among the wilderness, away from the loudness of city. With only four tents, you can enjoy all the privacy, be it a family outing or a romantic getaway. Popular tourist destinations like Amber Fort and Maji Ki Baori can be easily reached, and are at a short distance. You can also interact with the local tribes residing near the area. The camping site is located in the forest area of the Aravalli Mountain Range, preserving the wilderness. It provides you with only organic, farm grown food, and has to offer all luxuries.

*Note : From 15th April to the end of July the camp closed from 10.30 AM to 4.30 PM due to the summer.

TENTS (No. of Tents: 4)

There are four large tents at the venue that cater to all needs of the visitors. Each tent has its en-suite bathroom, which is well furnished and clean. The lush interiors and comfortable, welcoming beds in the tents let you have the best sleep of your life. The quiet surrounding helps you relax and breathe in fresh air. The well-crafted and artistically designed tents provide you with all sorts of comfort that a hotel room can provide, with nothing amiss.

EXPLORE:

  • Explore the forest on a Jeep Safari.
  • Live with Elephants watching over you.
  • Mingle with the local Meena tribes and visit local tribal schools.
  • Visit GopalJi Temple on feet, at a minimum distance of five minutes walking.
  • Walk through the famous Amber Fort.
  • Bathe your own elephant and feed food to it, under guidance.
  • Sit back and do some birdwatching.
  • Ride on camels, the animals of the desert.
  • You can also decorate your own elephant.

FOOD &DRINKS: –

Food and drinks are served by the staff, outside of the camps. You can enjoy all kinds of cuisines from all over the world, and the chefs are trained to serve you what you like. Rest assured, your palette will be pleasantly surprised. You can also sip on several choices of branded alcohol that the staff serves. 

LOCATION:- 

  • By Air – Jaipur, the closest city has an international airport, which is easily accessible. It is within a short distance of 22 kms. You can easily find a taxi service and book it in advance.
  • By Rail – There is a railway station in the city which is connected to all major cities.
  • By Road – Jaipur has excellent road connectivity and is an easy destination by road.
