Lalit Laxmi Vilas Palace

His Highness Maharana Fateh Singh built Lalit Laxmi Vilas Palace in 1911. The palace displays the traditional architectural style and the grandeur of Rajasthan.   • Deluxe Room (300 sq. feet)- Adorned with paintings of Lord Krishna, these rooms have an elegant touch to them. The large windows offer elegant views of the Fateh Sagar Lake or the Aravalli Hills.
  • Palace Suite (500 sq. feet)- These spacious suites come with exclusive artwork; separate dining space and a balcony to enjoy the stunning scenery and the skyline of the city.
  • Princess Suite (800 sq. feet)- These more luxurious rooms have separate dining and living space- all embellished with antique furnishing, high ceilings, and marble flooring. A bathtub and butler-on-call are some of the extra luxuries that come with this suite.
  • Maharani Suite (800 sq. feet)- These suites with expanding view of the lake and courtyards come with separate dining, living, and dressing areas- all well appointed with upscale amenities. The traditional Rajasthani paintings evoke the regality associated with these suites.
  • Maharana Suite (1200 sq. feet)- These suites have private courtyards, and interiors with artifacts like golden leaf-work, and exquisite woodwork. This ultra spacious and opulent suite also boasts a Jacuzzi.

Named after a Rajput queen, this multi-cuisine restaurant is embellished with antique artifacts. You can enjoy your meal with instrumental traditional music playing in the background. Specialties: Continental, Rajasthani, and Indian delicacies. (Timings: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM)

THE GARDEN GRILL (Restaurant):

The chefs offer grilled meat, fresh vegetables, and herbs with a variety of wines. (Timings: 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM)

AANGAN (Restaurant and Bar):

The restaurant cum bar offers breathtaking view of the Fateh Sagar Lake and Sajjan Garh Fort. The guests can enjoy their favorite beverages (beer, wine, and cocktails) or food watching traditional folk dance performances. Specialties: Barbecue, grilled dishes, and an exclusive Shikar (hunters) menu (Timings: 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM (Restaurant), 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Bar))


LOCATION: –

  • By Air– Maharana Pratap Airport is the closest airport at 23 kms with frequent flights on major domestic routes. You can take a cab from there to reach the hotel. Or else, contact the hotel for airport transfer service.
  • By Rail– The railway station is 4.1 kms from the hotel. Udaipur is well connected via rail to all major cities like Delhi, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Jodhpur, etc. Take a taxi from there or use the pick and drop service provided by the hotel.
  • By Road- The Roadways Bus Stand is at a distance of 3.7 kms with regular buses plying for major cities like Delhi, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Jodhpur, and Agra. Request for pick and drop facility or hire a taxi to reach the hotel.
