Tomb of Mariam-uz-Zamani

This mausoleum is of the Rajput princess of Amer, Jodha Bai married to Akbar and honoured with the title Mariam-uz-Zamani. It is located in Sikandra a suburb of Agra. This red sandstone structure formerly was an open Pavillion which later got transformed into a tomb by designing a chamber below the central area. The tomb is one of the best examples of the fusion of Hindu and Islamic architecture.

Tomb of Akbar the Great

Mehtab Bagh

Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula
